We rented through Property Solutions Place for 3 years and they have been the best real estate we have worked with. Our most recent manager was Matt Norton, and he went above and beyond to ensure our moving out process went smoothly. He helped us out when we locked ourselves out and even went as far as to help us secure a parking spot for our moving truck. Always very comunicative and maintenance requests were attended to quickly.

I never give 5 stars, as there's always room for improvement everywhere, but, I chose to live where I do based on the team that work for Property Solutions in Nundah. I searched for a decent apartment, and Matt was the ONLY agent that showed me his full attention and mutual respect, and actually helped me get my new home, at a time when the rental market is a nightmare! I can't sing Matt and his team's praises enough. So, it's pretty much a 5 star review .. so I'll change the stars to 5 then (after basically typing that they are a 5 star team).I'll also add, since I moved in, the service hasn't dwindled. It's the same first class service.Don't listen to other negative reviews. They are NOT like other real estates. Trust me .. I'm a very particular, ex military renter. I know good service when I get it. This team are it.

Matt Norton inspected my apartment yesterday. I was impressed with his manner. He was easy-going and respectful, while also paying close attention to the physical condition of the apartment itself on behalf of the owner. If I owned an investment property, I would be very comfortable with Matt being the property manager on my behalf.
