John Emerson Freelance Writer | Features | legal | interviews | technology | medical | Freelance writer. I have published hundreds of feature articles, columns, restaurant reviews and even some scholarly pieces in my area of French and Australian film. My formal studies are in French language and culture, culminating in a Masters from the Sorbonne and a PhD from Adelaide. In 2008 I founded the University of Adelaide Press and directed the publication of over 80 books. As well as the print editions, the free electronic editions went on to find well over 1 million readers world-wide. I am now back and active in writing freelance and welcome new projects.
