Private Prices but Public Service provided. This was the second time we used this clinic and will without a shadow of a doubt be the last.From the moment we arrived to paying for the appointment was no more then 10 minutes. We only recieved 6 photos and heard our child's heartbeat for no longer then 3 seconds. After writing to managment about our experience we where told that this service was 'satisfactory'. There was also no phonecall to address our concern's, just a swift pointless email from the admin team.The 12 week scan is such an exciting moment for any parent, but to be ushered in so quickly and rushed through the appointment (the clinic was empty and noone else waiting) leaving a number of unanswered questions about of growing child has tarnished the whole experience.If you want a private 1st class service and able to relish in the moment of hearing and seeing your growing child, along with being able to ask any questions without judgment then stay away from this clinic.Money is more important to them then service.

Our experience was absolutely terrible we were registered with St John of God but when we went in after since it was an emergency situation as we were admitted to ED; the staff at the front said its fully booked and cannot take in for an ultrasound at 1pm (said the booking was at 11.40 and the ward should have brought her faster even though she is in a wheelchair)there is no sonographer. Left for the day on a Tuesday. From the staff at the front (especially the lady at the front) to the owner people are so rude and abrupt. I wouldn’t recommend it at all! Our doctor had to find another clinic and rebook it. There is a certain older lady at the reception who actually took the phone and acted like we are at fault. And the last time we had an emergency ultrasound we had to do they did it but the sonographer left but we paid the full amount without any sonographer reading the report . Avoid this place at all costs!

After doing a sloppy work, they charged you a good amount of money, if you have any complaint, the owner will attack you. when your doctor asks you to make an appointment specifically with them, just refuse, and ask for another alternative. Some procedure are unpleasant, but this clinic makes it so much painful for you, with their unprofessional comments, rude owner, and careless ultrasound staff.

Would highly recommend this clinic. The sonographers are specialists at what they do. They are professional yet very caring. Great bed side manner. Reports are always sent to referring doctor in a very timely manner. Makes management very easy. The whole process is hassle free.

Today is the day that I needed an appointment for something that is so important to me and time crucial. A very lovely lady named Tiana heard my cries for help and managed to find away to get me an appointment by thinking outside the box and she really came through for me.I wish my appointment was at her location, because she would 100% get a gift from me. If you see her, be sure to thank her for caring. Not many people nowadays would go the extra mile to help another person out.

I had a great experience with Dr Glen Lo and Antoinette this morning. I was extremely anxious about the procedure and as soon as I sat with Dr Glen he went through everything with me, reassured me and made me laugh so I instantly felt more relaxed.During the scan they took the time to explain and show me what everything was on the screen and what they were doing which I really appreciated.Thanks so much for making a not so nice procedure as comfortable as it possibly could be.

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for approx 18months, we recently started our fertility treatment journey which began at Western Ultrasound for Women Murdoch.From the start we have found nothing but great service from reception staff to clinical staff members.Today we had a HyCoSy procedure done and can say nothing but amazing things about Dr Lee and Candice the sonographer who assisted me through this uncomfortable procedure. From the beginning, they were comforting, caring and obviously made a fantastic team working together and heloing me through.I cannot thank the team enough, I cannot wait to use your services for a pregnancy ultrasound when that time comes!

I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with Prue for both my 13 & 20 week anatomy scan so far. Prue is an absolute delight to deal with, putting my mind at ease and making me feel comfortable throughout my scan. She is very thorough and careful. I would highly recommend Western Ultrasound to my friends and family.

Not recommend at all. Every single time I went there, I left with a huge abdominal pain and lots of stress. They just want to get the job done and get the money, they don't care how much pressure they put on your belly to make the baby move. They just keep giving some negative and stressful comments, when asking them about their comments, replying you should talk to your doctor, at the end they will send you a link of photos, half of them exactly the same, rest of them absolutely useless, with a super rude owner

I want to highly commend the service I was given from the time of scheduling- also had to be done twice due to timing of my cycle. To the reception on the day of my procedure and the 2x clinicians who performed the procedure. Dr Emmeline is a great asset to your team and accompanied by Candice who also was so warm and nurturing. I walked out of your rooms feeling so appreciative and grateful for the overall experience. Then to have my report emailed within 24 hours I was even more pleased. For a difficult time in our lives, your team made my journey so much easier. Thanks again!
