ROYAL PARADISE BIRYANI
The food is tasty (we order various dishes but butter chicken and garlic naan are our favorites) We like the level of spice here.. the owner Krishna Kumari and her husband accommodates requests for heat adjustment so we get the super mild dishes for our kids. The Rasmalai is fresh and creamy with a depth of flavor.They pack the food very thoughtfully when getting takeaways. This restaurant also opens late in the lovely Bakehouse Quarter.Ah and the mango lassi is full of real mango! They have regular patrons & food is authentic — I wish them more visibility as this restaurant is underrated since new management took over 3 years ago.

I will definitely come back. Lots of reviews said they do bad customer service but i felt alright and the most important thing was the foods were amazing. I would come back to it even if they give bad services.

I have ordering the chicken 65 biryani for a long time from this place. And I absolutely love the taste. However, the past couple of months the amount of chicken in the biryani is ridiculous. I ordered one today and it had 6 tiny (1 inch) pieces of chicken in the whole biryani. It is like ordering biryani rice with barely any chicken and I am paying $22 for the biryani. This is not worth it. I gave this a lot of chances but this is not worth it anymore! Again, you do have good biryanis but the quality and consistency of you food has gone down drastically. Wont be ordering from here again!

Authentic and tasty dishes. Great, friendly staff. Harsha gets a special mention as I have never come across anyone as dedicated, friendly and a positive, helpful customer service person. Only negative about this place is that they are not next door to where I live! Try their speciality - biryani or gutti vankaya or pepper chicken. And dont forget their breakfast buffet on weekends! A+

Worst service and food!! Found out they just heat and serve the food. Had bad experience on multiple occasions. Never back again. The rotis were like cookies. My kid couldnt even chew it properly.Briyani looked a d felt hot from outside but was actually cold from inside, imagine that.Ordered chicken, but was served Mutton biryani.Requested for non spicy curry, but we were served a fully spicy one.Would never recommend anyone ever.

Never had such a tasteless and scentless biryani in my life..I tried to call and explain the owner regarding the taste but he was like he has been selling this biryani since morning but never had complaints.. what an irresponsible answer. Brother good luck to your business..Try to learn some customer service skills before starting the business. Food is not just not about filling your belly. The customer must be happy with your food and service.

A woeful experience. The garlic naan and plain rice were okay, though nothing to boast about. The samosa were greasy, overly spicy hot, and inedible. The papadums were regrettably oily. The Chicken Korma and Lamb Saag were both very spicy and offensive to the senses. I gave up after only a few of bites, as the food was very poor quality.

Update May 2021:Ordered Gobi 65, Egg bonda, Veg biryani and Veg thali. The service, like last time was slow. Gobi 65 was tangy and tasty. Egg bonda was bad. It had no taste and was bland. The nan and dal in Veg thali was VERY good. Paneer butter masala in thali was sweet and wasn't good. Sambar was average. We had a lot of expectation from Veg biryani, but we were very disappointed. 80% was plain basmati rice and only 20% had spices. This, after requesting the waitress to make the biryani spicy.3/5 for food, 2/5 for service.March 2021:We went to the party hall there and the hall is good for 18-20 people. Due to heavy rain, the place was leaking here and there resulting in wet floor.Now, coming to the food, though my friend had asked to make the food medium spicy, it was quite spicy. I love spicy food, so it was fine for me. But others were sweating and had running nose.Gobi 65 and Paneer 65 was good, but was missing mint chutney. Rotis were a bit hard, but the curries were good. Biryani was awesome, and tasted like authentic Hyderabadi biryani.However, their service is TERRIBLE. They brought the starters, but forgot the the cutlery. When we asked for cutlery, they took a while to get it. By then, the food was cold. They took a lot of time to get rotis. Probably that's the reason for the hardness of rotis. Then, they took a while to get biryani. Well, they have to improve their service to improve their reputation. PERIOD.Overall, 4/5 for spicy Hyderabadi food and 2/5 for the service.

Went there for Saturday morning breakfast buffet.Food was tasty but super spicy, probably to ensure people don't eat a lot. Every single savoury item was spicy.It was super hot with only one fan, AC was off. Ambience was so so. Quite dark and lots of spare furniture lying aroundToilet was very clean.
