Janelle literally saved my life! I changed my mind on my dress two weeks before our wedding. I purchased a new dress through Janelle and she did major alterations in a week. As we didn't have time to order one in my size, she managed to alter a size 16 to a size 6!! I have never felt more beautiful and got so many comments on my dress. Janelle's care and professionalism was exceptional. I will definitely go back here for any alterations in the future and highly recommend her for future brides!

My sister Alison and I went to look at dresses here. I had the most amazing experience with Janelle. She was so helpful and trying on dresses with her was fun and she was very helpful putting them on.I loved that she didnt say which dress she liked because she wanted to allow me as a bride to choose for myself. We ended up buying a dress that I never would have even considered trying on in the first place but Janelle grabbed it off the rack. Janelle was even happy to store my dress there till my wedding day.Her customer service and attention to detail will be something that I will always remember my whole lifetime. The dress is perfect and the quality for value is unbelievable. Thank you for making a nervous bride to be feel special and like a princess. Janelle was great, and generous with her assistance when choosing and altering my wedding dress. She did it all for a fantastic price (less than $600 for gown and alterations) and even altered one of my bridesmaids dresses, with zero fuss. Shopping local was an easy choice :)

Janelle was super helpful and friendly. I found the perfect wedding dress and was surprised that it was actually very affordable compared to some other places I had been. She also assured us there was still time, whereas I had been told by numerous other stores up the coast that I had left it too late for a dress to come in time. Janelle made high quality alterations to my wedding dress at a very affordable price and very quickly (less than a week!). I also bought a lovely veil that she customized for me and she provided a lot of great tips for caring for my dress so it looks beautiful on the day. Highly recommended local business!

If I could leave no stars I would after seeing how upset my best friend was after her experience with this business.My best advice would be to take your money elsewhere… because after all she will definitely take it!!
