From start to finish the process was very smooth and we were meet with only professionalism. On the initial visit to the showroom we had no idea what we wanted however Sam was quick on his feet and knew exactly what we were looking for based on our descriptions alone. We only shortlisted 5 to sample but he was more than happy to give us 10 samples for options. Pricing was upfront including installation. On the day of installation the team were quick, efficient and prompt wasting no time and even finishing earlier than expected. Overall a 10/10 experience and could not recommend more. The interactions felt like we were dealing with friends and family rather than a client or business.

I am absolutely astounded by how amazingly professional, exact, punctual, timely, patient, knowledgeable, and meticulous they are. From the start where we struggled to choose floor design. We worried we may be being too picky about the tone, sizing, colour and costs. Sam was very upfront about all costs. Very systematic with their process. He helped us sift through the wide range of floor boards that piqued our interest and a lot of them were extremely similar with minor differences such as slight hue or grains. We narrowed down to final 5 from around 20 similar designs.Once the day came for the floor installation, the floor guys sent us a courtesy confirmation the day before, as well as arrived 15 mins early (we noticed they stayed in their van till it was time to come in). They told us they'll be done that same day around 5pm. Lo and behold, they finished an hour earlier and gave us a tour of what they have done. Both my husband and I were smiling from ear to ear by how even and clean cut the floors are.Prior to installation they also checked with us which direction we would like our hybrid floorboards to be (horizontal or vertical - which is something we never thought about). Once they had a look around, checked the levelling of the concrete (again, not something we thought about, most people we see just plunk the boards on top without checking). Reza and his team were quite meticulous and detail oriented on their work.If we could, would love to give these guys 10 stars. My only gripe is we should have brought some beer.

Joe is very easy to work with and he has professional manner and did very professional job. his team is very efficient and I am very happy with the result. Highly recommended this guy.
