Worst experience and would avoid if you can. Took just over 3months to get my watch back. Was approved for warranty by JB hi fi Australia. Was told many times by roadhound it wasn't under warranty (but was according to the warranty on JB website and huawei) until I spoke to the supervisor who said it was an overseas brand (unless JB hi Fi did that? Bought it in Australia) but then figured out they had put in the wrong serial number, major stuff up on their end. After arguing about it for 3months they finally fixed it under warranty. And sent back reasonably quick.But they sent it back with the straps attached backwards. Overall awful customer service. If I could have done it elsewhere I would have but that is JB hi fi's only warranty repairer. Need to step your game up a whole lot.

Forced to use Roadhound as they are the only Samsung Service centre in my area. Took my phone to be fixed under warranty as the hinge on my Z4 had stopped working. Two days later I called to get an update that it was not covered under warranty as damage was due to impact. Absolutely untrue and phone has no signs of being dropped. Raised a case with Samsung, had to go through a week of daily calls before Samsung called me back to say even though their assessment hadn't changed as a gesture of good-will they would repair the phone under warranty (naturally nobody like to say we were wrong). Days later still waiting for my phone and they aren't even picking up the phone, so no way to even check on the progress. Now been without a mobile phone for over two weeks, when it should just take a couple of days.

My experience with this company is beyond lousy! If you want excuses or direct lies and a warranty job to take months these are your guys. Nokia really needs to get a more professional outfit with some basic integrity and work ethic for their customers to be dealing with!

Terrible service. Poor communication. Claimed there was no issue with the phone but missed the broken screen. Then took them over 3 months to repait a phone screen then, because it took them so long, claim the warranty on the phone had lapsed and demand I pay up. Seen to have basic issues with how to operate their bisiness. Find touch them with a bargepole.

Terrible company. I was advised 3 days to fix a faulty screen. I had to get Samsung to intervene otherwise it may have taken months. This company never had an order number with Samsung.

I took my samsung watch in a month ago. I was told I would hear back within 1-3 days. I didn't get a call or message back, so I contacted them. I have contacted them on several occasions, being told every time that it'll be ready at the end of the day, or the next day at the latest. I still do not have it, and I haven't been given a clear indication of when it will be ready.I understand that these things take time, but it would really be great if the customer was given a proper estimate of when things will be ready, especially if they rely on these things for work, daily life, etc.However, I do have to say that every employee that I have spoken to has been wonderful customer service wise.

If there is option for negative review I will give it. I had sent my phone for warranty repair and after a month it's in quality check after 2 months it's still in quality check. The response is their Huawei technician is on leave so they don't have anyone else. I have to wait how ever long their technician takes and I cannot recall my own phone I paid my money for to refuse service and go some where else. I'm surprised how big brands choose this service provider when they work on 1 man crew.

I've sent my phone in for repair. After two weeks it still lay on the technician's desk for assessment, not to mention repair. I was told to call back in another week to see if by then my phone was lucky enough to get assessed.I finally asked for a return without repair and it shipped back very quickly this time.Shipment: 5 starCommunication: 4 starActual work: 1 star

I rang today with a few questions about phone repair. The girl who answered the phone I don’t think she wanted to be there, and was completely unhelpful with many I don't know" answers. It's not professional and disappointing. Customer service is very important.They don't deserve to be a Huawei authorised repairer"
