Visited with the intention of ordering my tiles here. The person who served me was hesitant to even provide a price and his general attitude put me off. So I went to Ballarat tiles across the road and the ladies there were so great! Didn't meet Frank Walker I hear so much about on the radio - maybe a blowup doll could be there so he can be punched out ha ha! Pity you put so much $ into advertising when your staff need customer service training.

Pretty good, just didn't expect that some tiles had a significant delay to order. Worth going to for larger projects in advance. Take the time, speak to the staff who know their tiles well, but for a small job that you don't have a lot of time for, it may not suit you.
