Bridgestone Service Centre Bullsbrook

Do not go here for any mechanical repairs, took my vehicle in for a service and it came out with more issues than what it went in with. They are seriously under experienced and lack a lot of knowledge. As part of my service they drained and replaced my diff oil and put the wrong diff oil in my vehicle (non LSD diff oil) this caused a vibration through the rear of my vehicle took it back to them to fix it only for them to say that my uni joint now needs replacing took it to a different mechanic for second opinion and they found the issue straight away and replaced it with the correct diff oil. It ended up resulting in damage to my diff. Keep clear!

Terrible, an opinion held by many locals.

Horrible service. I was told my tyre was ready and I got there and it wasn’t. I also was laughed at for paying in cash . Will not be returning ! And do not recommend ! Not happy!

Excellent service at a very good price. Fit 2 new tyres (supplied)on small SUV rotate and balance and dispose of 2 no longer required $101. WELL DONE.

Run by teenagers, look elsewhere.I had a failed gearbox input shaft on my 04 Hilux so had it towed to Bridgestone Bullsbrook after they said it'd be an easy replacement. I offered to purchase an entire second-hand gearbox to lower the cost of repairs ($500 reco online) to which they said they'd only be able to work on it if they sourced their own parts.The next day I received a quote for $3500 over the phone. I stopped by the office for a chat and was then quoted $4000 as the entire gearbox" would need to be replaced

Professional and quick service to a punctured tyre. After losing pressure in my tyre the team at Bullsbrook Bridgestone Tyres was able to fit me in at short notice, identify the problem and then fix the issue.Highly recommend!Thank you.

We have been to Bridgestone several times over the past few years. At all time very professional, clean and VERY knowledgeable. Always very very reasonable with their prices. Never felt pressured and everything was explained very clearly.10/10 all the way.

Took my car in for a diagnosis and it turns out it wasn’t what we originally thought it was, so I appreciated the thoroughness. I also took out their hire car while my car was serviced and that was only $5. Accidentally left my phone on the roof of the hire car overnight and it was found this morning and got a call from Alex who works there. Absolute legend and talk about an honest bunch that work there! Happy client here.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time or money here.This place ripped me off big time on my GU patrol. Saying my turbo was stuffed making a horrible noise when it was infact a leaking exhaust manifold. They then tuned the car and lowered the boost profile to hide the noise and make me believe it had been fixed.I also tried to claim it on warranty. The mechanics report that they provided did not satisfy any of the requirements for a successful warranty claim. They said the turbo (which was completely fine) was making the noise due to wear and tear" and the insurance company did not want to cover it because of that. When in actual fact the turbo was absolutely fine and it was the exhaut manifold that was leaking! I have never had to deal with such an incompetent pack of shady mechanics in my entire life.TL;DR Ended up wasting thousands of dollars on fixing a problem that didn't need fixing
