Followmont Transport - Sydney Depot

Got a set of wheels transported over. Was very well packed and it all arrived without a scratch. The delivery was pretty smooth. The tracker however needs a bit of work on

A terrible service, I would definitely not recommend.A crucial delivery was due a week ago, yet this service kept pushing the ETA forward without reason.I attempted to chase up the delivery and contact customer service, however, the experience was appalling. I was put on hold for extended periods and even when I got in contact an operator they give me poor attitude and end up just transferring me to a different branch or disconnected from the call all together.

Would not recommend. Placed a delivery that is time critical. They shipped from Bris to Sydney and passed it to a 3rd party who they say they can't pass the details on to me - the customer who is paying for the service. Have been told the shipment that they gave an ETA of 13/12 is only being picked up from Sydney on 15th(due at location by 16th) and will be delivered maybe by 20thAbsolutley ridiculous when you're paying the price I'm paying.

The freight was damaged bits missing, also had to pick up from depot but paid to be delivered direct to my business.No sorry or even offer to pay for damaged and lost parts. Never ever will I deal with Followmount Transport.

Lost the shipment twice, say they will locate the freight and call you back but never do. Made all the excuses to put the blame back on the customer. Will never use them again.

These guys are the biggest and best family owned transport company in Australia. Based in Queensland, EVERYBODY in Queensland sends their parcels, pallets, truckloads by Followmont, not the other big guys (please God don’t let them get bought out) Professionally run, big enough to be totally efficient and have the latest in equipment and trucks, but small enough to care about your parcel, pallet, semi trailer load, whatever!I called to find out if where my shipment was and it unfortunately hadn’t left Brisbane the night before! In a flash it was expedited and we got it the next day. Try getting the big guys to act THAT quickly and even CARE where your shipment WAS let alone that it hadn’t left yet! I have had so many shipments go wrong and the person at the other end couldn’t tell me where it was, that it would just turn up (hopefully) the next day (maybe).In Queensland, you can’t go past Followmont!

Tried to place an order for collection of freight from Sydney to QLD. Repeatedly placed on hold for long periods, and calls disconnected. Telephone call center operator utterly disinterested / rude / unhelpful. Felt like they were passing the call around the call center to avoid dealing with it.Ironic that the hold music continually reminds you how important" you are to Followmont as a customer.Save yourself the time

used to be good when it was run by towers transport in NSW but ever since became followmont transport services are going down hill and reps never reply on emails what problem can be solve if no one cares??

Had a set of v8 cylinder head's courierd down from gympie qld..picked them up from erskine park nsw.. happy with professional service from the staff..drive in warehouse..opened boot..they dropped them in ...very safe workplace procedures..provided safety jacket to were..generally speaking good family business..would highy recommend ..cheers Tony
