Be aware these guys don’t honour their screen replacement warranty. Have brought 2 screen replacements due to the LCD screen being faulty. Dodgy Repairs here.Go to Apple and save your time a money.

My friend had her screen protector changed tonight and we just want to say that Ethan did a great job! He was polite and professional even though he was by himself during a rush of people. He did a great job applying the new screen protector.

Had a lovely experience in having my phone screen repaired. Was very clear with details, price and time for repair all went smoothly and when I went to collect I was even given a discount, not sure why but, I was extremely greatful!!! Definitely would use this place again!Thank you.

Absolutely terrible experience!!! We took our iphone to get the screen repaired and was quoted $69 for the repair plus a $35 for labour fee because it was on a Sunday which we agreed too. When we came back to pick up the phone we purchased a case also for the phone and paid for the repair and the case only to find out after the transaction was processed that we had been charged an extra $30 for the repair. We asked why this was the case and she replied sorry I quoted you the wrong price it’s actually $99 for the screen repair plus the $35 labour for Sunday. They did not even communicate with us to let us know that this would be the case but went ahead and repaired the phone expecting us to just pay the extra $30. We asked if we could be refunded the extra $30 that we were charged that was not on the quote and she replied “ there is nothing I can do about that”.We could not afford the extra cost so we had to ask them to remove the new screen and reinstall the old one and please refund us the total amount including the case which was now useless to us as we now had a broken phone again. After they reinstalled the old screen they still charged us $35 labour repair and said under no circumstances will they refund us for the case we purchased.So we still have a broken phone that we paid $35 for and have a useless phone case that we paid $84.99 for.This is extremely bad customer service and unprofessional!!!
