Avalon Restaurant & Cocktail Bar
Such a cool and quirky restaurant. The inside of the restaurant is never boring, there’s so much to look at, the decor is very unique.Staff are super attentive and bubbly, they all seem to be really enjoying their work.Food is delicious! Large serving sizes and plenty of variety on the plate.Higher recommended and a great place to unwind after a day of hiking the blue mountains.

This was our second visit to Avalon and our first re-visit to the mountains post covid. We were so pleased to see it still humming along and still as quirky as ever in regards to decor. It's the food that matters, though, and it's still great. There's a modern take on 70s and 80s food vibe happening here. Love the large servings with an assortment of perfectly cooked vegetables in accompaniment. And the young woman manning the cocktail bar makes a great Old Fahioned!

Came here for my birthday it was super cute and cozy.we started with cheese cigaret and springs rolls then for main I got beef stroganoff and roasted duck so good. They also had a band that night it was so a brilliant night

We have never returned to the same restaurant ever…. except this one and I have never bothered to leave a google review and this is my first. This is a not to be missed epicurean experience in a quirky atmosphere that is all the more of an experience savouring the sublime jazz trio on Friday night. The same owners also run The Bowery as well.

Going back in time atmosphere, with a lot of vintage stuff around you. It is like you have been transported to 1920’ on an art deco tour. Lots of artefacts on display. Avalon restaurant has live music late in the evening, with a great European cuisine and a good selection of sweets. Highly recommended

Brought my partner in for his birthday as your ambience and theme really sums up his passions and favourite things he loves and you guys delivered! It was wonderful. We both thoroughly enjoyed our time there and we will definitely be coming back. Food was tasty, service was great. My partner said it was one of the best nights hes had and couldn't stop looking around at everything. He especially loves your typewriters! Thank you so much!
