Returning to exercise post a bit hiatus after having two children. I decided to jump in the deep end and signed up for the intro offer. I extended my membership as I’m really enjoying coming along. The class times have worked well for me, and all of the instructors have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was worried about feeling out of place however it’s been nice to see a varied cohort of all ages and abilities. Thanks upstate!

I’m absolutely loving the heated Pilates classes here ! My first time working out in the heated room and I just feel so amazing afterwards! Love coming early morning as it just sets you up beautifully for the day. I’ve had a few instructors and everyone has been friendly and welcoming with each class being varied and challenging for both beginners and pros. It’s my first time getting back into workouts since I had my twins and I can see improvements in myself every class. Definitely plan to keep it up !

The instructors are great, the studio is clean and the classes give you a great, sweaty workout! All classes are heated so you feel amazing after. The studios have showers and lockers so you can refresh and keep your stuff safe during classes. They lock the front door so I usually do not even use the lockers. Door opens 15 mins before class, check ins go really quick and staff are super quick on remembering your name. I forgot my mat the other day and they lend me one of theirs. The mats they sell are actually sweet! Super grippy and made out of natural rubber, so I ended up buying one. Definitely worth a try. Great to get back into shape.

I am a huge fan of Upstate Studios in Torquay, the environment is always really clean and the instructors do a brilliant job of being inclusive and challenging everyone in the room. My physical and mental health has improved greatly since joining there. Thanks Team!
