Carla perhaps is her name. The woman who did the scan. Mid 30-50s blonde/light brown shoulder length from memory. I had to have a breast ultrasound. She refused to do it under the sheet. Told me she had to 'see it'. She perved on me whilst also being awful to me. Insulted me. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE> Humiliated. Degraded. Disgusting. I wrote a complaint to the clinic and did not even receive a reply at all! I wish I did not go ahead with it. There was no 'dignity'. Save yourself this atrocity. Do not go there. She treated me with hate, contempt, and looking down on me all the while slowly perving at me non stop. I wish I could erase this from my memory. The one star is due to the fact that I did get the report back from the scan. Have a look. There are other people complaining about the scanning woman.

I had THE best experience ♥ Such lovely ladies, they work so hard!If anything they need more help out the front. Can't praise them enough. It was a Busy Day but they let me know of the wait time as well they Bulk Billed me which was amazing. I will definitively be back!

The girls at reception Annemarie and Natasha were just so lovely understanding and helpful. My sonographer Jenna was just outstanding. Thanks guys all round great experience

I have visited Lumas Imaging Sandgate a few times during the past couple of years and on each occasion all the staff have been wonderful; very professional and friendly. My only criticism is the reception staff seem to be extremely busy and could do with a helping hand at times.

I had to have my teeth X-rayed, and the lady who took the images was such a lovely, well spoken and gentle person. DO NOT PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS MISERY OF GETTING PAST THE ADMIN TO THE PERFECTLY FINE & POLITE & COMPETENT RADIOLOGISTDespite their ludicrous NOT - Booking system I tried three times on line and on the phone to secure an appointment which at every stage they were happy to cancel. Absolutely atrocious communications on the phone and much worse in person. After finally reconfirming they would ALLOW me to come in, within 5 minutes I was at their counter being told I had no appointment. It was the rude Practice Manager herself who was grandstanding, intimidating and implying it was a personal favour that I got any service at all. Her inability to listen and confident rudeness explain the style of her subordinates. The best outcome for them is if you go elsewhere which they repeatedly recommended.Sad that people who get a thrill from lording it over vulnerable people and are a complete barrier to healthcare access are employed in these roles and disgusting that companies allow them to behave in such a sugar sweet toxic way. Even down to parting sarcasm for the befit of the captive audience in the waiting room
