Professional, reliable and honest! My wife and I engaged Steve Rositano to design and install a new kitchen at our property in South Penrith. He and his team were terrific to deal with. The designs options that they created were elaborate and the whole process was so easy. Steve was extremely competitive on price and on the day of installation they went above an beyond. I had Paul and his team do my Kitchen a few years ago, the service and workman ship was 11 out of 10, I contacted Paul to do a wall to wall linen cupboard for us. The service once again was the same 11 out of 10. Paul and His team are so professional always on time and always made sure we were 100% happy at every step. Would highly recommend using Rositano Kitchens. I always deal with Paul, from quoting to any questions I have & he is very helpful. I had a home office & bar installed at my home. The boys that installed them did an amazing job. They are courteous & clean after themselves in a quick & timely manner. I then had them install a kitchen in my investment property. Ripped out one day & installed the next. They all work well together & are very organised & friendly. The quality of the cabinets & their work is top quality. Will be using them again very shortly. They worked with us to create a number of beautiful designs for our kitchen renovations and their team was very easy to work with. The whole process was a breeze. Paul and the Rositano team where professional and informative when coming up with layout and colours. Used these guys for a new kitchen and a walk in wardrobe.Products are decent but the communication and customer service is abysmal.Could not have cared any less about the customer satisfaction, ended up sorting 3 issues myself as they never responded to my messages or calls.Would not recommend at all.And there retort with a generic reply….I never called or received a call, it’s was the 5 text messages I never received an answer from….

So happy with what Rositano have delivered their service and expertise have been second to none. Highly recommended to anyone wanting any cabinetry done.

My experience with Rositano was terrible. From the glowing reviews I will warn that they are inconsistent. The onsite workers were good. Management had a very poor attitude and basically my kitchen was left for three months unfinished; it took the entire contract period. No one really cared, because I was basically forced to make payment in full prior to its delivery, which is questionable. There were no phone call responses from the office as the project manager Paul had left and the owner was quite rude, but he did ensure it was completed in the end. The finish of the kitchen is substandard; Door fascias are not aligned professionally. The kitchen was completely removed and reinstalled in sections as measurements didn't work out. Finally the stone went on and the bow in the cupboard fronts was made clear. The stone mason asked who did your kitchen this is rubbish"
