The service provided was great. They are professional, polite, quick and very easy to deal with. We booked our service only a few days in advance and had to reschedule it very last minute. However, they did not charge us any additional fees or diffferent rate for Saturday.Thank you guys.It was a very smooth relocation.

Mikey and John did a great job moving my things. They took great care and moved so quickly and efficiently. By poor luck an item was damaged during the move, it took a while for management to get back to my emails but a resolution was made eventually that I was happy with. I would still recommend this company.

After having had a previous ‘lesson learnt’ moving experience, whereby I had hired someone via air tasker and had some mirrored furniture damaged during lifting, I decided to ensure that when I moved I would go with a company who stipulated they had insurance on their site.I had 2 young guys move my 3 bedroom town house over a couple of hours. Costed $530. Upon delivery I saw that the stand on my side table was hanging on at the join (probably due to being lifted by the leg) and also that a leg from my chaise had been broken off completely. They took photos of the damaged items on their tablet and advised me that the owner would be in touch to have them repaired and/or replacement costs covered. I waited a week or so and heard nothing. I contacted Nick who asked me to send phtotos again (which I did via text). Again I followed up a few days later and was told by Nick that my side table looked as though it was about to be broken anyway (???) and that he could only repair the chaise. I wasn’t happy, but agreed. He stated that he would arrange for someone to come out and repair it. I heard nothing and continued to call and text to follow up. When I eventually got in contact with Nick he stated he would give me $100 for the broken chaise. I asked about the person coming to fix it and he said he it would cost me $100 to fix. I did not hear from him again despite calling and leaving multiple voice messages, sending messages via the online enquiry form and also text messages. The chaise was $1000 and the side table $300. Both were 2 years old at the time of removal and in near new, perfect condition. He did not give me the $100.This is now 2.5 years later. No resolution.If there was no damage or breakage I would have been a happy customer and left a decent review out of courtesy. But breakage and damage did occur and what is telling about this company is the extremely poor and non existent manner in which a complaint is handled. Taking note that the complaint being made is due to the sole fault on the part of the company.Nicks immediate reaction was to deflect responsibility by saying my furniture was on the way out, and then just neglect to follow up and reimburse me.There was a complete lack of accountability and responsibility taken. None of my calls, messages, emails or texts have been responded to since April 2019.Having young children and working full time means that it is a pretty time consuming task to dedicate time and energy to making endless phone calls-and it appears that this is exactly what next minute removals want to happen- for you to just go away once they have your money.A company that functions on a model of “try and deny responsibility, then just ignore the customer until they give up or go away” should not be allowed to operate.I had just gone through a separation and the chaise was the only chair I had to sit on as couldn’t afford a sofa at the time. I had to store both items in the garage hoping they would be repaired and eventually gave up and gave them away for free to someone who was able to.I don’t usually write negative reviews- but this is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had and think it’s important to warn future customers to be cautious if they value their furniture and are hoping to receive some reimbursement if damage occurs.In the future I will make a point to read the poor reviews as they are likely to indicate what will occur in the event that something goes wrong.The entire process post job and dealing with Nick was avoidant, irresponsible, completely devoid of accountability and basically just juvenile and unprofessional.

Thanks so much to the team who helped me move yesterday! Very professional and lovely guys - all my stuff was treated with care and ease, even my heavy boxes of books! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed a mover! Communication from booking to end of move was exemplary! Thanks once again!
