Such really bad service.There is a long distance from professional.Can't help the owner to solve any problem and always kick the ball back and their reponse usually delay.The front desk can hang up customer's phone while you still talking just because she doesn't know how to fix the complain.The administrative staff always have hundred excuses that cannot answer your phone and also like to hang up your complain phone straight away.And it's so hard to speak to their manager,because the administrative staff will say they're busy.They will reject your application as the reason is you can't use I have no problem" to instead of "approve".Particularly after you complain they are lack of efficiency.These are their professional."

Bad service0 IQ STAFF

This team manages the property at 22-26 Essex St in Epping.A routine and minor lift repair has been delayed for 10 months, with no communication as to when the issue will be resolved. At first, this strata team indicated that this was due to 'Covid Restrictions' but in actuality, the developer ran out of money.During a period of rain, mismanaged construction resulted in the elevator pit being flooded, and as a result the elevator was out of use (which is questionable to begin with). There was no urgency to fix this, and repairs were not attended to in a speedy fashion. When strata was contacted about this, the responses gave no firm timelines nor any indication that this was being prioritised. There was also no indication that there was a contingency plan for these repairs, nor any indication that the strata funds were being managed properly.Responses were also passive aggressive and lacking any real information. Avoid where possible.

Would not recommend stay clear, they hide their incompetence with arrogance whilst pitting owners against each other.

Good service and management I recommend to any one.

Recently had an issue with where my strata invoices were being emailed to and called up and they quickly updated it and processed it on the spot. Got my updated via email which is a change as was expecting to leave a voicemail or no pickup
