The service at this branch is unfortunately slow, tardy and uncompromising in their inefficiency. A simple sign order took over 3 weeks to process. After visiting this office personally, and providing base art on the day, it then took 10 days just to get a quote before anything commenced. Worse still, upon providing a complaint and feedback there was no action taken nor any apology for the delay. No customer service focus here at all. I'm sorry but could not use this company again.

The staff at Brisbane CBD Signarama were extremely helpful and efficient. We had a very short timeline and they produced the sign in record time, even though we had some amendments. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We ordered a graphic sign for our front office door, the service with Signarama Brisbane was outstanding and our door sign looks amazing!We are extremely happy with our sign!! We will definitely order through these guys again.

As a customer, I used the service twice. The designer had done a nice work and their communication was okay, but always had small issues with either deliveries or missing parts. Apart from that, it would be nice if their factory workers can clean their hands before packing up the flags. Both flags have black finger prints on them.After this review. the owner had actively worked on the case to arrange the replacement and I think they deserve a better review because of the fast response and actions. Hence, I am willing to give a better review and hope this kind of issue can be avoided. Happy to do business again with the company.

I have been so impressed with the work done by Signarama for us. The work they have done looks fantastic.I really appreciate how fast, diligent and flexible they have been. They really tried hard to achieve the deadline we had.Furthermore, the install team were fantastic. They wanted to give us the best quality and sorted all the little details. They worked around us and were very flexible.I also really appreciate how they paid attention to details, and even organized the furniture in the room to give us the best impression when we stepped in the next day. There was definitely a WOW" effect.So again

Very disappointed in outcome of what we received. Communication with owner/manager sparse from the beginning. Took almost 3 weeks to get quote, then another 10 days for work to be completed and job actually done. Then we go to turn on lightbox to admire new signage and can only see light through the cracks in the middle of the sign! Sign completely blocks out light bulbs!Sign is completely useless at night.Have been waiting months now for them to make it right and then to be told have to pay more money for them to fix it is extremely frustrating to say the least.Spoke to him again today and he states that I asked for a sign that would not be illuminated at night. And that I signed off for that" ????If I could give zero stars I would. Would not recommend this extremely unprofessional company unless you want to get ripped off by dodgy work."
