Prue Sargent Physiotherapy & Pilates

I have been seeing Prue for clinical pilates for about a month now. I have a background of many sporting injuries and Prue has been excellent in creating an exercise program that targets the areas that I need to address. She spends a lot of time on technique and is also very encouraging. It was important for me to find someone who I felt comfortable working with and Prue has a lovely warm personality making the classes very enjoyable and I would recommend that anyone looking to do Pilates with a physiotherapist would benefit from meeting and working with her.
