Excellent lobster noodles; the lobster was fresh and sweet, and the noodles were fully infused with the taste of the broth, ginger and scallions. The steamed garoupa was excellent in its freshness and sweetness as well.

Great Chinese restaurant at Forest Hill, delicious Guangdong Cantonese cuisine from chef Jacky and restaurant manager Christine, outstanding service and dishes served and cooked to perfection. Had our first Chinese New Year 2021 Lou Yu Sang, the salmon salad was beautifully done with generous amount of condiments and sauces. Their lobster was very good with fantastic price, we tried the Singapore Chilli style sauce with mantou and it was great, lobster was very fresh and meaty and chilli sauce was very good too. The Chinese dumplings was very tasty and filled with great flavor and sauce. Highly recommend for a fantastic Chinese dinner night out, cannot be flawed.

J & W Restaurant 聚雅軒Review on 19/12/2020It has been a long time since I caught up with my former school mates and their spouses.Parking in the street outside of the restaurant is restricted, for 1/4 or 1/2 hours, but there are other carparks near-by, or just across the road in the Forest Hill Chase carpark.I never feel comfortable in a rather dimly lit restaurant. It probably attracts patrons who celebrate romantic occasions, but that may not appeal to many who come to enjoy other happy moments.It seems many dinners are going for lobster dishes in Chinese restaurants these days, due to price reduction since Australian lobsters are banned" by China's importation.One of my friends is the organiser for the get together

Very tasty, not too salty. Good service. Book first though, people were waiting outside for a table. Our spring onion lobster noodles was $139, big portion adm big lobster.

Fist time here, amazed with the environment and quality of food. Pecking duck is a must. Great idea to keep the pancakes warm on the table.

As shown in the picture, guess how much I’ve paid for all the dishes $92! That veggie was $24, even thought I was replied by the owner that the actual price was 21.8 and I was charged 24. Always applauds for the taste of their dishes and I understand it’s hard to survive during pandemic but giving such a small proportion with a full dish price won’t help you. Nice Roast Peking duck with reasonable price is not very hard to find, so disappointed here this time.

The peking duck here is outstanding with perfectly crispy skin and warm wraps. Ordered several other dishes that were ok and could be better. Overall a satisfied meal experience. The staff were helpful, friendly and could be more attentive.
