*EDIT, I HAVE CHANGED MY REVIEW/ OPINION SINCE MY FIRDT REVIEW*Although the price has been the same for years i think there should also have be pay back" option available every now and than were so much is taken off rent to be used to get essentials/medical and hygiene items for the residents who are not left with much after paying rent and paid back over time
