Mandy is the most awesome instructor I have had in such a long time. Her attention to detail is so specific I feel like I have found home I always feel so rejuvenated strong powerful and in my body when I leave her space If you’re looking for Pilates in Elwood this is the go to. Such an amazing experience! Mandee's such a great instructor, very personable and funny. She came highly recommended, went and saw her for lower back pain and only after a few sessions I'm moving around pain-free!! I'm hooked...

Mandee’s inherent knowledge of the body translates to her instruction of my own. This, in turn, leads to a greater self awareness of the ways in which I hold and use myself so that I can go about saving further misalignment. Exactly what I was looking for!
