Friendly and courteous, cleaned up after themselves, but didn't turn up when expected twice and called late in the day to let me know. Felt like I had to chase them up. Quality work but I had to source my own toilet (despite having no experience at doing this and risked buying the wrong thing that was not returnable) be aware there is an additional $110 callout fee added to bills on top of parts and labour, and no one responded at all to a query on my bill.
