Shaun was incredibly helpful - helping us choose the right couch for the area we were working with. Payment was simple, and delivery was extremely fast, being delivered in 4 days after payment. Setup was very simple, couldn’t be happier.

Very pleased with the in-store support of Jack to select our furniture items - a large lounge and TA cabinet. Smooth delivery and appreciated the flexibility to move the day and support by Shaun. One thing I really appreciated was that the furniture was available now, not like the other furniture stores having big January sales and TV blitz but your purchase comes 3 months later!

Off to fair trading we go!!!Purchased a couch last year, finally arrived, however it was broken. 6 months later the couch is literally falling apart.Have been attempting to contact belrose supreme furniture since March and have got know where.Couldn’t be more disappointed.

I chose a lounge after looking at so many other stores and was told that it could be made to order as a sofa bed. It was exactly what a wanted. Jack at Belrose was so helpful as I needed the sofa bed before Christmas for guests and it arrived on time. Great service and good quality. I chose the Coco 2 1/2 seater with sofa bed.

Have been looking to purchase a new lounge for sometime now & today we found our perfect match. Robert was so very helpful in assisting us with our choice. He was not pushy & was very accommodating with all our requests, fast delivery, nothing was too much trouble. Very pleased to have received such great service.

The recliner we bought is faulty on one side and can not be sat on, they blame the manufacturer in China or the service centre and the service centre say take it up with the store. Have now gone to Fair Trades. Do not buy from here

Avoid this place at all costs. Ordered a dining table 3 weeks ago and they delivered an unfinished piece of timber - nothing like the one in the showroom. They are blaming the manufacturer, but the manufacturer is trying to claim there is nothing wrong with it. No one has been out to look at it. They are trying to give me $200 back on a $2000 table to just keep it and leave. I have asked for a refund as they have failed to come out and collect or replace it for over a week now and are just making endless excuses. I have been back into the store and they are refusing to refund and refusing to call head office (which they say doesn’t exist). They actually directed me to fair trading, telling me that was my only option for a refund, despite the warranty and returns policy on their website.
