Gene is great. Fixed my dishwasher quickly and for a very reasonable cost.He even came back right away to fix what appeared to be another pre-existing issue I wasnt aware of so didnt mention at the time. It leaked after he left, this was not through any fault of his. He came back promptly, fixed the issue and wouldnt accept extra payment for his additional time.Highly recommend.

Gene was great, just called his mobile and sent him a video of the weird noises my washing machine was making. He called me back immediately and told me what the issue was and how I can fix it myself. Really fantastic service. Definitely recommend

Very happy with service received from Gene.My 9 year old Fisher & Paykel condenser dryer started making a weird noise.Gene didn’t have the part in his van, but took the dryer away and replaced the failed part and brought it back a day or two later.

Gene was really good. Polite and on time. Fixed our dishwasher in no time and reasonably priced. I would say he is one of the good guys re trades people. I would recommend his services to anyone wanting a quality person to fix their dishwasher

I hired Gene of Dr Dishwasher to fix the dishwater in my investment property. It was beeping loudly and there was no water flow. Gene was prompt to attend and fixed the dishwater in five minutes. Gene is highly skilled, responsive, reliable and honest. His charge is very reasonable. I very highly recommend Gene.

Gene was fantastic!Our 4 year old SMEG dishwasher was broken. He arrived on time, pinpointed the actual issue with the dishwasher. Not what the error was throwing out and the booklet said it was. Fixed the issue quickly. He's clearly experienced and I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Thanks again Gene!

Gene was incredible. He saw us the next day after the initial phone call. He diagnosed the problem instantly and had the part to fix it then and there. He was friendly as well, on top of being incredibly reasonably priced. 100% recommend!

My washing machine wasn't spinning. Called Gene who gave me some simple advice which fixed the issue. Outstanding customer service, will keep his number on hand if I have an appliance issues in the future.
