BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - Bright

We stayed in a 3 bedroom cabin, Fitzgerald, and it was very well appointed with everything you need for a great stay.Beds and pillows were super comfy.All staff were friendly and helpful, thank you.The park itself is immaculately clean and tidy with lovely gardens, very quiet and overall we had a relaxing stay.We will definitely come back again.

Absolutely amazing experience living in the Bluff cabin in the Big4 Tasman Holiday park during our stay from 23-25th June,2023.1)Rooms: Amazing rooms. Clean interior, fresh towels and all the dishes/equipment was kept sophisticatedly and cleanly in the room. There was a l master bed and 2 bunk beds so could accomodate 6 people. The bathroom and toilets were clean and all amenities provided. They had a good set up and gave us a good cabin feel.2)Ambience: AMAZING ambience with lighting’s all around and a van which gives great coffee in the mornings and also pizzas in the night(not for free but worth it knowing you can walk up to a cafe and have a good time). The walk around the holiday park is also great. It’s a cute nice holiday park.3)Location: 5 mins WALK to Bright town, so absolutely prime location.4)Customer service: Bev and team were great and super helpful. Kind and polite. They offered to rent out chains as well and gave us good ideas regarding where to go during our time there. They even kept our rooms heated up since we were ariving post business hoursSmall recommendation, if they could upgrade their TVs to smart TVs(not necessarily expensive ones) so that we can host netflix during a cold cold night in our warm beddings.(just a small suggestion)In my opinion, 10/10 recommend. Don’t think to stay anywhere else if you’re in bright :)

We have stayed at the Big4 Bright for a few years now. The same cabin 3 bedroom that sleeps 8.Since it became Big4 Tasman.Things have changed.Won't be staying here again has they make rules up. To get extra cash when checking-in..Booking we had 2 adults and 3 children.On arrival/checking in was asked how many people are staying in the cabin.Told them we have 3 adults and 3 kids.Was told to pay a extra $22 per night. ( 6th person)We have a 3 bedroom cabin that sleeps 8 and had total off 6 people sleeping in cabin.Which is NOT in there Terms and Condition also Tarrif to pay for a extra person if not exceeding the number of people to beds.But still had to pay.Never paid for it in the past as when never had more than 7 people in cabin.Staff at reception was rude.Will not be staying there again.Best to book some where else.

A perfectly located park, only a short walk to town with spotless amenities. The cleanest toilets and showers I've even seen, plus multiple large family bathrooms, amazing for a family of 5. Friendly staff. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the park does not have a pool, which would make it perfect.

10 stars for hospitality.This park is in beautiful settings amongst established trees by the river.Walking distance to town centre.They do pizza nights on the weekends.And a coffee van.The cabins are clean and well maintained.If I could vote 10 stars for all the staff I would. A fantastic week of cycling

I love staying at the Bright BIG4. I've stayed here many times over the years. It's a great little holiday park, just a stones throw from the Bright Brewery & township. My only criticism is the queen bed in my cabin (I can't recall the name of the cabin) was too hard, rather uncomfortable actually. The bed would definitely benefit from a decent topper, to cushion against the stiff mattress.

There are way better caravan parks for kids. There was a tiny playground and that was about it. If I was a couple I would book here, if you have kids I would book somewhere else

Won’t lie, we really love this park! The facilities, the park and the general area of Bright are all stunning!We didn’t really know what to expect from this BIG4, we have had mixed experiences. Honestly, this was one of my favorite caravan parks I have stayed at. Sites were nice, surrounds stunning.Sounds like an odd thing too, but the facilities were really clean and tidy. In some caravan parks we use the facilities in our van because the parks facilities are just untidy; not here.The landscaping and sites are just stunning as well. Park is close to the main city facilities and walking parks too. There is also a coffee cart as well, but unfortunately I didn’t try the beverages.Honestly would happily stay here again!

The place is nice and clean but there’s a lot of rules, they are strict about noise which is good to a certain extent and on arrival they stated that curfew is from 10pm however it’s not right when they keep telling people off from 9pm for just talking normally in their cabin without being noisy. While on holidays it’s natural to stay up a little bit so it’s not easy to stay really quiet from 9pm. Also they expect people to clean their cabin and wash the dishes and take out the rubbish before check out even though the price you pay for the cabin is not cheap and there is a sign in the cabin that states that your could be charged a cleaning fee if the cabin is not cleaned. Overall the place is nice and a great location but if you have young kids then it doesn’t really have much activities for kids at the actual site, they have a very small playground.

Made a booking for over 40 people and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The park was fantastic and very family friendly, amenities were great. Sandy went above and beyond to help us with the celebration. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
