I've been seeing Kelly now for about 18 months, after a knee surgery and hip surgery. I'm a competitive strength athlete, and wanted to improve my mobility and strength after a while out of the game. Working with Kelly has been a god-send. I'm now lifting near my best, with the best technique I've ever had. Super professional, experienced, and employing targeted methods to ensure the best outcomes for each client. Highly recommended.

The staff at PerforMotion are simple excellent.Kelly has built a fantastic team of intelligent, compassionate, motivated and caring individuals. Their coaching is exceptional, informative and easy to understand.If i have been unable to understand or do an exercise, all of the coaches have taken time out of their day to assist and make sure I am lifting in a healthy, happy and safe manner.The gym is always clean (including bathrooms), the equipment is well maintained.I could not recommend higher.

I have been working with Kelly from Performotion for 8months now. When I started with Kelly, I had lost my love for powerlifting because I had kept hitting plateaus and developing little niggling injuries. In 8 months I have smashed PBs that I didn't think were possible for me, without any pain or limitation. Kelly doesn't just help with my lifting from a movement perspective, she has also helped me to build a healthier and more susutainable relationship with exercise. She is knowledgeable and caring and I would recommend Kelly to everyone.

I’ve been working with Kelly for about a year now.We started with rehab, she helped me with a work nerve injury that I thought I would have to quit my profession because of. I loved her coaching so much that I decided to stick with her and now she is also my powerlifting coach.I cannot speak highly enough of Kelly, she is professional, down to earth, a great communicator, and mostly just knows her stuff.If you’re in need of help getting stronger and healthier, please contact her. I’ve been training with Kelly for just over a year and can honestly say it’s been the biggest and most rewarding year of training and fitness. The whole team at Performotion are so we coming and provide a really supportive environment, no matter your level of fitness or training goals.I was referred to Kelly after multiple injuries and was told that surgery was the only option - I found with Kelly this was not the case. Working with Kelly and her allied practitioners has completely changed my ability to move, train and work on my feet all day. I have found a new passion for training and feel very excited to continue to train with Kelly. She continually teaches you up to date information about fitness and training, and works with you rather than just tells you how to train.I would recommend Kelly and her team to anyone looking for a supportive, positive and enjoyable training experience, for any performance, rehab goal or gym program.

After having some shoulder niggles and hip tightness I decided to see Kelly an Exercise Physiologist to help with my powerlifting. Six months later I no longer feel broken with my training and as a result I enjoy my training much more now, while being more efficient with my lifting through superior technique.Definitely recommend Kelly or any other of the Exercise Physiologists here at PerforMotion as it's a great team that are very passionate about all fields of sports and exercise.

I have been seeing Tom for almost 5 months now. Originally, I had been introduced to PerforMotion due to a lower back injury, and after just one session came to realise how professional and knowledgable the whole team was. Tom and Kelly are experts in their fields and use the most current evidence base practices which is a stand out due to how passionate they are about education and their clients needs.Not only have I been able to lift pain free under Tom as my coach, I have been following a programme for my first ever powerlifting competition that has allowed me to build strength and confidence under his guidance.I am so grateful for Toms experience and approach with me, and I highly recommend Tom and Kelly and all the team at PerforMotion.

I started training with the Exercise Physiologists at Performotion 2 years ago for a shoulder injury that I had for 5+ years. I couldn't do bench press without getting shoulder pain and had tried various approaches in that time with minimal improvement. Since working with Tom & Dave I've been able to bench painfree and am stronger than I've ever been. The girls working tirelessly behind the scenes (Kelly, Simone & Liv) keep the gym running smoothly and always make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

I have only visited the gym in person once, but have been doing weekly online programming with Sam. He is by far the best strength coach I’ve ever had, not only is the program format clean and easy to use, his communication and ability to teach is elite. The gym was vibrant, and full of professional and clean equipment when I did visit. Couldn’t more highly recommend not only the gym, but the coaches they have here.
