These guys are good. Breville oracle touch coffee machine fixed in under 24hrs. I was having panic attacks thinking I'd be without coffee for weeks.

My Delongi ‘MAGNIFICA’ coffee machine (new 2016) was making making loud mechanical noises in operation and leaking water. The overhaul by Metro Wide including new parts has restored it to as new performance.Metro Wide communicated promptly and well and even suggested a courier service for return then packed it up safely to expedite this. Given the cost of new machines this repair option is extraordinary value for money and judging by the number of machines of various brands I saw awaiting collection at the workshop they are a popular choice. Highly recommended.

We got our Breville Express repaired after the old rubber band came off due to wear and tear. Called Wayne in the morning, dropped machine and picked up on the same day, all for a fraction price of a new one. Now the machine is as good as a new one, I am so glad I found them. Highly recommended.

These guys are FANTASTIC!I took in my Breville Barista Touch coffee machine which stopped dispensing water from the grouphead.The gentleman that served me was well mannered and was efficient. My details were ready and he ensured me that the machine will be looked after and returned in perfect condition.The coffee machine was repaired and I was alerted within a couple of days.It was all repaired!The whole experience was easy and pleasant.Thanks guys!
