My partner and I paid the deposit for a Lot at Harriott that will settle next year. Joyce has been very helpful explaining the process and providing any information or documentation we may need. We were looking to buy in the Harriott estate after we chose our house. When we entered to land sales office we were greeted by Joyce. Joyce was lovely and professional in all aspects. She helped us choose a block for our new home which will start building in the beginning of 2023. Joyce has always been open and ready to answer any questions or queries we had. Highly recommended seeing her if you want to live in the Harriott estate.

We recently purchased land in Octave and the process was extremely smooth and professional. What I found very positive and honest from the start was the time in advance to review all of the important documents and impacts of our purchase, before entering into a slightly heart racing elevated expressions of interest process! Belinda Jackson has been so supportive and kind during the process. She was always available to answer queries, including on her day off which was super kind. We are so excited to move into the Estate and look forward to seeing the development progress. Thanks Belinda, no doubt you will hear from me soon!!
