Prompt service. On time. Daniel was polite and respectful. Straight down to work and explained each step to me. It was an easy, quick fix for a blocked bath drain even though another Canberra plumber had lead me to believe it was going to be a complex job. Could not have been happier with the service and would absolutely recommend.

My experience with O'Neill and Brown was horrendous. We needed a roof repair on a 2nd storey roof. The quoter did not get up and look at the problem, but issued a quote based on his view from the ground floor deck. When he returned with a ladder to do the work he said they couldn't fix it and we needed to get another company to do it. Then we were sent a bill for $230. We tried to question the bill in person with a representative from their office in Beard, and were treated extremely rudely and told to put it in writing. Only when a formal complaint was sent through and after informing him that we would take it further. did we get any satisfaction. I would strongly recommend you stay well clear of this company especially if you are an individual rather a lucrative company customer.

Bloody great service! Guys were friendly and very knowledgeable. After numerous plumbers coming out to try and fix my blocked pipes these blokes came out, gave me the right advice, got the job done and walked me through the process. Well done fellas! Great work! Will definitely be using you again!

We had Scott from O'Neill & Brown Plumbing come round to fix our toilet , which was leaking from the base of the pan, as well as our dripping shower head. He was very professional, explained everything we needed to know about our leaking toilet and was very efficient in fixing our plumbing issues. I would not hesitate to ask for Scott from O'Neill & Brown Plumbing to fix any future plumbing issues we may have. I would also like to note that the O'Neill & Brown service team were very easy to talk to and to arrange a time and date that suited us to get a plumber to visit our home. Very happy with the whole service.

This company fee charged very high. Nearly twice as much as others. Also when you going to pay there's another financial charge of 2%. However, won't use this again.

Sunday night my gas hot water tank started sprouting water from the top. Called the guys @ O'neil & Brown Monday at 10am. 11:30 Daniel arrived to look at job and arrange for a quote. 4:30pm old hot water tank gone new continuous water heater installed and functional.Cannot thank you guys enough for fast well priced service and your guy Daniel work like a mad man to get job finished. New installation looks amazing. At last a professional plumber that does not try to fleece you for a job. Cannot recommend these guys enough.Many thanksAlex

We've had three plumbers come in (From a different company), and they were unable to identify the source of the leak. Blake from ONBPS came in and persisted until he determined the most likely cause of the mystery leak in our 10th floor apartment building. He was on time (At 7.30AM), personable, and highly professional.5 Stars. 10/10. Would recommend.

A recent after-hours call-out was made when a water leak was suspected in our rented flat.The attending plumber fail to detect any water leaking, and wrongly blamed the tenant for “leaving a tap on”.Not only that, The plumber made inappropriate and inaccurate comments about the condition of the unit in a report to property management (i.e. the unit was “a mess” with “stuff everywhere”, etc).Of course it was! The occupants had to hurriedly move all furniture off the wet carpeted areas.Uncaring, inattentive, rude and highly unprofessional with what would appear to be untrained and incompetent tradespeople, I would encourage you to avoid any engagement with this firm.

I would highly recommend this company. They were efficient, proficient, knowledgeable, reliable and extremely professional. To top it off the guys who attended my property were so friendly and absolutely wonderful. I thank the person who recommended them to me.
