What an amazing experience. When talking with Ann it’s like you are speaking to a close friend who only has your best interests at heart. Although I had booked in for 2 procedures she felt it was in my best interest to only go with one then wait and see. It’s this sort of customer service that will have me as a lifelong customer.

I got an express facial from Alex and absolutely loved my treatment. She explained the process throughout the facial and told me exactly what each product was doing to my skin and what to expect but left me to relax whilst the mask and LED light was on - it was the perfect mix of informative and relaxation! I can’t wait for my next facial.

Nurse Anne was amazing ! She made my first experience so seamless and comfortable. She took her time communicating all the details and I really appreciated her honesty with me about my options and what would be best for me. Nurse Anne provides an amazing service. For a first timer, I was very nervous but Anne has been so patient and explained the process in details so that I feel more comfortable. The clinic is beautiful and clean. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get a treatment done here!

The place was absolutely stunning and clean. The smell of the clinic was warm and comforting. The ladies who worked at the front desk were super friendly and had exceptional customer service.Anne is a master at her craft!! It was my first time doing any kind of cosmetic injections and Anne educated me and was transparent about the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and reassured during the whole process. I will definitely be coming back! I would highly recommend symmetry to all my friends and family x

Symetry Aesthetic is an absolutely gorgeous and welcoming spot for those who are new to receiving cosmetic injectables. Anne has been treating me for the past 8 months and I could not recommend her any higher! Love coming back and chatting with the amazing staff, they truely feel like old friends. These women super friendly, genuine and honest. Anne is my favourite though, she has the most gentle hands and is very professional. I trust her completely with my face and trust her advice and recommendations.

Nurse Anne was extremely patient and friendly. She took the time to explain the different treatment options available to me, and answered all my questions (which was alot). I was feeling quite anxious about the procedure, but she was reassuring and talked me through the process, which helped put me at ease. Would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

What a beautiful place to have come across, from clinic to staff! The clinic is clean and always smells so lovely. Anne is amazing at what she does, her attention to detail is really admirable.
