Just got take away. Our burgers looked like they had been dropped on the floor and the mangled pieces were shoved into the box. All the mayonnaise and lettuce was all over the bag. The bun didn’t have a top bun. Do better Maccas!!

Every single time I visit this store, there is a problem. Very bad management.double charging (claiming not receiving payment from app, and charged me again at counter), no apologies, and told me to sort out with my bank??so many times there was no ice cream...Today I visit here bought some Sundaes over app. I chose to collect at counter. There was an issue in mcdonald's end after i sent payment, I went inside to check my order. Manager told me to that I HAVE TO go drive through. well, there was an option to collect inside I don’t get it why I HAVE to go drive through. He did not listen. regardless me being repeating, I chose to collect inside. He has no idea what he is doing and calling me at fault???? Why am I at fault I’m ordering what I’m ordering with my option to collect inside! After long run he said there is a problem because of the Mcchicken deal. I’m not ordering the deal. Then he said some function isn’t working because of the deal. So there you go! Your problem ending up I’m the one at fault?! Very rude. There was No apologies. He treated me like a kid did something wrong! Go home and bully your own child!

Bad experience. Took a happy meal that had juice - drive thru.On reaching home found no juice was there. Called to tell but they were not even sorry about it and said it happens.

Waiting and waiting. And when I got my Big Mac, it was not tastier! The advertising on TV promised a tastier Big Mac, however, it tasted exactly the same as it ever has. Maybe it because the supposed onion added the grill is pathetic (see photo). And I'll guarantee you the dry flat meat is NOT jucier. Now lets get to the pricing, $3.35 for a cheeseburger. If you think that is reasonable for that tiny (see photo) mini burger, then I've got a bridge over the Sydney Harbour to sell you. McDonalds are trying to get a minimum of $15 out of each person per transaction. Seriously, go get a pizza.

The drive-thru speakers are super loud; my service person sounded like she was screaming at me. I had to wind up the window so my brain could recover from the assault and process what was being said to me. I could clearly hear the other service person through the second drive thru speaker too. Mentioning this when I paid, I was met with an indifference to a known problem. Please adjust the volume of the speakers and ask staff to speak more softly in the meantime; how hard can it be? Also, I received a bacon muffin, instead of the sausage one I ordered. Reality is that I'm just a whinging middle aged man who should accept that the store is managed by a millennial called Meh and then i should move on with my life. Five stars.

I ordered the cheese truffle and it was a cheese truffle indeed it had a mix of different cheeses it had gouda, Colby jack, Swiss, tasty and liquid cheese sorry I'm being cheesier than the truffle here ahahaha my wife Sandra got food poisoning from it 5 stars!!!!!!!

Modern recent refit style McDonald's with Mc Cafe and Playground. It's located in quite a busy area so parking might be tight especially in the drive thru area which can get quite congested with people driving through and trying to exit the car park. When I visited late afternoon weekday it was quiet and we were served quickly. Meals were delivered to the table and were hot and fresh with crispy chips. Staff who served me was cheerful and smiling, especially the Barista who made our coffees, which were excellent. Toilets were very clean and everything worked. Our orders were delivered directly to our table which was a nice touch!
