I’ve used Pro Image multiple times now and they always seem to impress me more and more with every visit. Jaime and his team are the best in the business by far. Whether you want advice, minor repairs or installations or full home upgrades, Pro Image should be the only ones considered. They installed 3 ceiling fans which weren’t easy, cleaned up and were gone within a few hours.

We are new to the area, so I googled and compared quotes from different electrical companies.Jamie was the easiest and most available to talk to. He visited our house for free and gave us honest advice. From the get go, I could already tell that he has a heart for the customer. He gave us options. I could tell he is not after the big money for the job, but he just want whats best for his client.He literally SAVED us from a bad electrical company who not only charged us $80 for a call ou fee but also gave us a quote of $3000 for the same job that Jamie did, which I only paid $275 for. Jamie's team did the job so quickly. One of them went into the man hole without a fuss! It was obvious that they are highly experience!I could not recommend enough Jamie and his team. I am so glad I actually read the reviews about them. Really the best in the shire! Will definitely keep them as our electrician. Excellent service!

Pro Image Electrical were subcontractors during our kitchen remodelling - and I feel so grateful that they were!The work included LED light installation highlights in our WIP, buffet and island bench, new downlights with dimmers and pendant lights. We had a steam oven, pyrolytic oven, induction cooktop and silent rangehood. This involved running multiple new circuits through our 110 year old federation home. After we met Jamie, we asked for some additional work to add power and lighting to our attic, relocate our telephone cable, change out some faulty fans and lights, wire in power for new security cameras.Things that I loved about these guys:Nothing was too much effort, Jamie was always willing to help us with the little extra things we needed to get done and provided transparent pricing.Jamie would call in advance to check the guys could arrive with all the required parts, and helped us to be prepared to make sure the right areas were cleared and we had the fittings required.The guys showed up at the promised time every time.Brad was incredibly strategic, planning the cabling to allow access for other tradespeople, asking me forward thinking questions about how I used things to make sure power points, light switches and lights were placed properly to help me get the most functional kitchen possible and other appliances could fit.Brad was also adaptable - when things got moved off our plan he would take the time to patiently show us the options and nothing was too much effort.The guys were so friendly and positive - such a pleasure to have around. They also laid down sheets and cleaned up so the place was spotless before they left each day.Most significantly, we had some delays with the kitchen stone and Brad and the guys came in on Christmas eve going above and beyond to help us get a functional amount of kitchen prior to the holidaysThanks so much Jamie and team - we love your work and are looking forward to seeing you for stage 2 of the renos!

I highly recommend Pro image for all your electrical needs. Jamie and his team recently completed some electrical work on our property including running a new circuit from the front to the back of the property (in a 130 year old terrace!) and outdoor lighting for courtyard and pool. Some of the work was complex and intricate and Jamie’s team were careful, tidy and delivered the work to a high quality and standard. Jamie himself was great to work with; friendly, open, trustworthy and reliable. He had great ideas for the lighting design and as a result we have ended up with something that looks really magical of an evening. Pro image will be our go to from here on.
