This Jeweller has been a family favourite for many years. I was given a handcrafted pendant from my grandmother in 1978 made by S&M, and I still have today. They made my engagement ring, and Fiona's additional experience and advice has made it truly an individual piece that I still love after 10 years. So many pieces have been purchased and even just recently from this Jeweller. Fiona is an absolute gem herself and has a wealth of knowledge. Nothing is too hard for her and her team. Fiona was fantastic. She helped my partner find the perfect platinum wedding ring after she meticulously designed my engagement ring from scratch. Fiona listened carefully and creatively crafted a stunning rose gold ring with an intricate basket to hold a dazzling diamond cluster. She also incorporated heirloom rings (by melting down yellow gold!) and diamonds into a stunning wedding band. If you want custom rings made within a given budget, I highly recommend Fiona and Stephen's & Miller.

Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish. Fiona helped me to chose the design and type of engagement ring, sourced the diamond from the international market, made the ring and provided it an in incredibly fair price - all in the space of a fortnight! I brought in my own salt and pepper diamond and the service and information was amazing! Gorgeous collection! My boyfriend had been buying beautiful pieces for me over the years from Stephens & Miller and it was my first time visiting to get my ring fitted and have some jewelry cleaned. Fiona is an absolute star, very attentive and patient and explained how best for a ring to sit. The service was very professional and the resizing was quick and my ring is a snug fit. Very happy customer, will definitely come again. :^)
