No option to rate 0. Viva built a mandap for my wedding in 2018 which collapsed mid-ceremony (witnessed by 300 guests). Viva staff showed no courtesy to apologise for the incident, and they went as far as denying that the incident occurred. Furthermore, they engaged with a lawyer to handle the issue. Poor customer service and totally disrespectful.
