The service is the worst. The person that came to installed the blind did a poor job but he said that he was coming back to fix it which never happen and now is imposible to get hold of anybody to fix them. The roller blind was installed in August, we are now in February and still calling every week to ask about when are they coming to fix it. My advice to anybody, go with someone else, don't waste your time and money. They are not reliable they ask for the money upfront but they are not prepare to finish the jib to a good standard .

After sales service is non existent. The pelmit on our large shutter had a large chip which the installer pointed out, promising a new one. Three years later we are still waiting. Oh they constantly come trying to sell us more shutters, we show them the problem, but nothing happens. One month I had 2 different salesmen. The manager rang me last January, nothing more happened.

Great look for my home.I have now had all the sliding doors and windows protected by roller shutters. Looks great, couldn't be happier with the whole project, good service, Beau did a wonderful job of installation and no problems throughout . Now I feel that my home is very secure if I go away or if there is a cyclone .

We are very happy with both the roller shutters and the service we received. The shutters are a God sent as it cuts the hot westerly sun on the front of the house down by heaps! The sales man was friendly and polite, he was straight forward. The men that installed them were well mannered, friendly and did their job efficiently without any fuss! We would highly recommend them to everyone especially to the people from fnqld.
