Fourteen years ago I was tasked with researching and recommending an AVETMISS compliant Student Management System. I then researched and compared four systems including aXcelerate and a system I was quite familiar with, as I operated it at my previous RTO. After several months of comparisons, I found aXcelerate to be head and shoulders above its competition.After a seven year break, I have recently returned to working at an RTO, which also utilises aXclerate. It is like riding a bike....so easy to operate and understand!

Our RTO is a new customer of aXcelerate and have found the product, training and help desk brilliant. The program is user friendly to both staff and student. Training was very thorough and informative, and when we contacted the help desk, they have been efficient, informative and supportive. We have found the transition from our previous SMS painless.Extremely happy to be using aXcelerate as our main product for our RTO.

I was having trouble getting access to my aXcelerate account and had tried every suggestion that google searches could make. As my issue was unique to me, initially the team at aXcelerate did not have a solution. Then John C from the aXcelerate team phoned me and suggested I try something that he thought might fix the problem. Through the assistance of Google Meet and John's extreme patience with me, we worked through a lot of options and screens until my problem was fully resolved and I now have access. It is something about my computer but John was determined to find a way that would allow me access. Well done John and thank you for your dedication to your clients to ensure our problems are resolved.

Highly recommend NOT using this company and seeking an alternative. We originally moved to axcerlate to streamline our online enrolments and take payments via the website. Since doing so we have had nothing but issue after issue with the online payments. People are being double and triple-booked and charged multiple times for a single booking, we are dealing with constant refunds and customer complaints. An issue that was raised and acknowledged by Axcelerate is still not fixed and it has been 5 MONTHS. The issue is so significant that EVERY SINGLE DAY for the last 5 months I have dealt with at least one person calling us complaining or requesting a refund or being confused if they are even booked or not. If you are seeking a streamlined online payments system to reduce admin work and going to aXcelerate for this reason, trust me, look at alternatives. If I hadn't paid the significant 4-7k to get it installed on our website I would be elsewhere already.
