We had multiple quotes from multiple providers that were not consistent and very different messages about what we need. Then we met John from GP Solar.John took the time to explain how solar will benefit our family, took the time to understand our needs and to then explain the options we could consider. I asked a lot of questions over a couple of days, all of which John pleasantly answered , with no pressure or obligation. Johns quote was also the most competitive but it wasn't the reason we chose GP Solar. We chose GP solar for the wonderful customer service and because of the time taken to ensure that we, as customers, understood what we were purchasing. We went with GP solar felt extremely confident with our choice.Installation process was just as amazing as the service. John and his team were prompt, friendly and efficient and John followed up with a call post installation to ensure everything was as it should be.I wanted to share a detailed review as it's been a very long time since I have received trade service that was knowledgeable, friendly, great price and fabulous service!!!Thank you for making what was a complex process for us with other providers a simple and easy to understand process.
