Worst customer service. Ever. Asked if they took rewards cards prior to paying. Guy asked me if I wanted chocolates. Charged me, then let me know that they rook Flybuys after I paid.

TBH it's a good place a lot of people that work there are amazing but this one lady OMG SHE SO GOD DAM RUDE legit i just need to grab a couple things and i forgot my mask, so she didn't let me in so i had to walk home after walking there to get a mask to walk back down get what i wanted to then deal with her rudeness tone towards me, i also had other issue with this lady before, but other then that the other people that work that amazing stuff, i just hope she get's fired soon

Rude staff.They have a sign displayed for American Express and don’t say they charge a fee but when they see you’re paying American Express they try to slap on a fee, so instead I go to pay with MasterCard and she didn’t want to remove the fee.
