The service center is by far one of the worst in Brisbane. Complete lack of organization and communication. Never again.

Went for a warranty service, wow what a difference to other kia dealers I have visited. The service staff actually listened and gave me the time of day. Will be going to Metro from now on.

I bought an i30 from Matthew Scott at metro Hyundai. Absolutely love the whole experience.

Took a pulsar to get a air bag recall done. Got there at 7.30 car was not touched untill 8.20 got car back at 9.00 glove box was not checked and was clicking after they removed it. I notified service advisor. They offered to check and fix it. I declined told them i have no trust in the mechanics and ill fix myself. Took car home and removed the glove box found the cover behind the glove box fitted incorrectly and the vent cable was catching on the glove box. I knew i would need to fix this car after it was touched. Dealership mechanics have not a care in the world. Get em in get em out chop chop..

I have had my Hyundai Santa Fe wagon serviced at Metro Auto Group since I purchased the vehicle. Generally speaking over the years that I have taken the car there I have been very satisfied with all the work that has been done. Allow enough time so that you can have a loan car organized. This auto group also have a shuttle bus to take people to certain locations in Brisbane.The Customer Service is generally very good. The one thing that can be improved on is the answering of the telephone, especially if staff need to leave the service area. Maybe allow for a phone that be taken away from that point. No message bank is on the designated office number.Other than that everything else seems to be run in a professional manner.

I get my cars serviced here. I've also bought 3 cars from the Hyundai here. Top marks all round. Was a little busy the last time I went and the wait was pretty long but it was peak hr so I don't think I have a legitimate reason to complain.
