Black Dragon Street Survival Martial Arts

As someone who doesn't enjoy sport or exercise, when I started my fitness was minimal and I was overweight. I never expected to enjoy getting fit. the classes are fun, and designed for all ages and fitness levels. so alot of parents train with their kids! since I began training with Black Dragon I have lost 12kg and gained new confidence and friends. Im 35 years old and in the best shape of my life thanks to Black Dragon. I absolutely love it, and recommend it to anyone who wants to have fun while learning to defend themselves

You won't find someone more dedicated and committed to working with kids and young people building their self esteem through martial arts! These guys really go above and beyond.
