Dropped in to make an app for car seat installation the older woman at the front desk was unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced by me. The office was unkempt and had a bad odour. Needs a revamp of customer service. Cancelled my booking

We called wanting them to install our baby seat with a matter of urgency as our baby came unexpectedly early.. All we got was a rude lady saying that they are booked out for 1 week and couldn't spare 5 minutes to help us out as a favour. I asked them if there is anyone else in town who can do it and they said that they don't know of anyone (they know for sure who else does it). I found out that Ford also do this in Albert Street and went in to them on the same day. They saved the day and were absolutely fantastic! Go to Ford instead!

I want to thank Gayle for fitting me in to their fully booked schedule to secure my baby seat into my car after I had an unexpected issue with my car servicing at another dealership. She was professional, friendly and very helpful in my time of need. It was extremely kind of them to squeeze me in when they didn't have to.

Would not recommend for infant car seat fitting service. Car seat was installed incorrectly & had to have re fitted at baby bunting. Also my car interior was damaged during the process & no liability accepted for the damage. In my experience very unprofessional would not recommend.
