First time tonight trying out HMC. Absolutely Extraordinary ! The meat was salty, but tender with a chargrilled flavour with succulent pickles, The bun was beautifully toasted and did I mention the pickles ❤️. The burger tasted as good as it looked! The service was friendly and efficient. We will be back, I’m devastated it’s taken us this long to try it out!

The dry aged cheeseburger is one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Well worth the trip out to Branxton.

If you’re driving past Branxton on the Hunter Expressway, definitely take a detour and drop by Burgers by HMC.Had a dry-aged double cheese burger with small fries. One of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted, well worth $15.
