Carrie and Richard at Palace Property Agents at Karana Downs did an excellent job for the sale of my house in Karalee. They have a great attitude and were marketing gurus. Area specialists. They did so much work coordinating with a seller that was interstate with coordinating repairs and upgrades and even physically cleared out areas items lying around and having a dishwasher replaced that saved us so much time. The listing and photos on the internet was excellent.I don’t think that we would have sold the property if we had gone with another agent as Carrie and Richard listed all the things that needed attention and coordinated with us a huge amount. Our decision to have Palace Property sell our property was based on three main issues: 1. They are Local – they live Local, their business is Local and they employ Local people 2. A couple of years ago, our neighbour had Palace Property sell their home. They went out of their way to let us know just how satisfied they were and highly recommended the company to us if/when we decided to sell. 3. Our first contact with Clare was very positive and she made us feel comfortable. Unfortunately, Covid hit and we decided to defer selling for a few months until things settled down. Clare kept in touch but not in an invasive, irritating way. When we did make the decision to sell, I actually played devil’s advocate and suggested perhaps we sought a second opinion. My husband disagreed. He was comfortable dealing with Clare, and felt she covered all the right issues, some of which, we hadn’t even considered. We are delighted with the outcome.
