Got gel nails for the first time was really skeptical as i didnt know much about them but the lady was so great took her time on the design i had so many compliments they lasted 3.5 weeks!! I am now on my second set will be only get gel nails from now on no risk of snapping and so light!

This place actually deserves zero stars. I got my lashes done yesterday and already atleast 20 lashes have fallen out from both sides. It hurt the entire time as my eye lids were pulled pinched and burning from the glue and irritation! On top of all of this it cost $180 to get a full set and I had to pre pay, and then got absolutely horrible service, uncomfortable bed to lay on, painful pillow, lady kept walking away to help other clientsWorst service I have ever gotten!

I had attended this Nail Salon for the first time as I saw their large Instagram following & wanted to try them outUnfortunately, the experience wasn't great and I probably wouldn't returnFirst issue I had was the lady had clipped my cuticle on one finger so much that it was bleeding throughout the whole service, I know this can happen on the odd occasion but based on other reviews, it seems like a reoccurring issueSecondly, one of my nails has already fallen off after 4 days of getting them done. This has never happened before and I definitely did not expect this to happen to a set I paid way more than I normally do at other salonsThe owner did seem like a lovely lady & I hope this salon can improve for their businesses sake

Not impressed at all. I had a pedicure and asked for French normal nail polish - they all chipped after 3 days. They place I normally go to lasts 3 weeks. I also asked for a manicure - it was rushed and more like something I could do myself at home. Not happy with the experience and won’t be going back. It was a waste of time and money.

I usually go to the rainbow salon near rivers however being Xmas eve eve as expected they were rather busy so decided to try my luck at this place (keep in mind I used to come to this salon and now I know why I found a new one) it wasn’t so much the waiting period to get them done that bothered me it was the lack of friendly service and care when doing my nails. I didn’t request a manicure but the lady doing my nails decided to take it upon herself to start cutting at my cuticles and side of my nails and being as rough as she was being cut the side of my nail to the point it was bleeding. No sorry nothing, all she asked was “do you like this shape”.This salon is known to be rude and I was also surprised to see they now allow EFTPOS to be used but at a surcharge.Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

If we could give no stars we would. Both my friend and I went in to get sns and gel tips, we usually go to another salon but they were booked out so we tried here- biggest mistake. The ladies doing our nails were rude, aggressive and disrespectful. When asking to have a look at our nails during the process to check we liked them, they rolled their eyes and yelled “no”. We left the salon with polish on our skin as well as glue which had stuck. They charged $95 for this service, which I understand prices need to be high but when the service is as horrible as it was, it’s absolutely not worth it. Will not be going back.

i am extremely disappointed every time i have been here! i unfortunately need to keep returning as i have a gift card that i am trying to use up - every time my lashes fall out within two weeks and am forced to pay full amount when i return for a “refill.”i prebooked (over the phone) to get my lash extensions removed and to get a lash lift and was not informed that i will not be able to get both services in the same day. when i arrived at my appointment i was then told i cannot get a lash lift and then had to pay $20 just to remove the very little amount of lashes i had left. i will be giving my gift card away as i simply cannot keep returning to this place.

Really good jobs. I like the way the lady do my nails so carefully and perfect. There are so many colors to choose and designs nails too.Highly recommend!!

After 5 days the paint is peeling off as if using a poor quality product. Nail polish is not as good as it should be. It's not like I've done anywhere else. at the same price. Employees do not pay attention to customers as they should.

My friend and I went there a month or so ago and we were very disappointed with the service we received. We went to get SNS nails for context.First of all, the ladies didn't speak much English and didn't understand what me and my friend wanted for our designs. They were also very rude and were looking and pointing at us whilst speaking in a different language. When they did speak english they were VERY rude. They would just say MOVE!" or "stop being difficult". We had never had our nails done (we told them this) so we didn't have experience holding our hands in a certain way.And because they didn't speak much English it was also very difficult to communicate how we were meant to pay for the services because they either took only cash or we had to transfer the money directly to them.Second of all
