I’ve been seeing Bec at Becca Hair & Beauty for almost 15 years now and I have never left her salon disapointed. Over that time she has styled my hair for all of lifes important events including my own hens and wedding, and has cut and coloured my hair in various shades and styles.I have followed her from salon to salon over the years because I trust her expertise and opinion explicitly, Bec consistently delivers a sensational cut and color… every single time. Ive also watched first hand as she has grown her own business and brand, she cares deeply about her clients and staff ensuring every visit to Becca Hair & Beauty is a wonderful experience.The salon is stunning – such a calm, relaxing environment and all the girls at Becca are wonderful! You can even sip on a cocktail whilst getting your hair done. Its like a day spa for your hair. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Bec is a fantastic hairdresser and a beautiful, warm, friendly person, her level of service is incredible. I had my very first appointment with her today and won’t be going anywhere else in the future. Thank you so so much Bec ❤️

Waiting too long in the cold room with a colour applied more than hour ago, nearly burnt my hair with very hot water, 2 hours for the appointment made 4 weeks ago, thats what I call poor time management and disrespectful towards clients.I haven't been given anythyng complementary except further insult. Your customer service fundamentals are very poor and you are continuing to comunicate via social media instead of contacting your client in person before you make any decisions.

I've been seeing a well-known hairdresser in the inner city for 2+ years and I've never really been happy with the colour. After reading great reviews about Becca hair for Blondes I decided to give them a try as they are near my work (but 40 mins from home). I was lucky enough to get Alicia and she was amazing. She was thorough and explained what I could achieve in one appointment and future additional appointments. I absolutely love the colour. It's the best colour I have had in years. Not only that I am writing the review 3 weeks after my appointment, which previously I would hate the blonde colour it had turned into, but I still love my colour. I will be going back time and time again as it is very hard to find good, reliable Blonde specialists. Thank you Alicia.

I’ve been seeing the girls at Becca for about four years and honestly every single time I go there I walk out feeling like a new woman! All of the girls are so so lovely, welcoming and knowledgeable! Becca takes so much time and effort with training her girls and it reflects in their work! I have had my hair done by all the girls at some point and they are each just as beautiful as the next! Highly recommend!!!

Had an appointment this morning and messaged to say my girls are unwell but I was still happy to come just gave heads up I would b brining my kids in who have a tummy bug. Heard nothing back so i called.. my call was not answeredbut instead a text was sent.. becca decided it was best to cancel me cause she didn't want her staff getting sick which I understand.. but at the same time she wanted to cancel I had to pay the cancellation fee.. I expressed thats not fair being charged for being honest and I guess that's the price people pay for being upfront... bec decided to cancel my future appointment we rescheduled for even with me accepting the charge, because she was uncomfortable with me being upfront with her. I find this extremely unprofessional and this is what causes people to lie and spread illness because the other party punishes a mum with unwell kids.... as a business owner myself we have the discretion to apply these cancellation fees. So people please don't be honest just go in sick so u don't get punished. This is a conversation that should of been a dialogue over the phone and not msg... great communication resolves any issues.. clearly her clients are not that valuable to her. ShameFYI if my kids were still so well to the degree that I couldn't attend an appointment I physically couldn't and wouldnt. . And as for a bug or gastro it's common sense that a person can still be infectious for up to 2 weeks but u were happy to reschedule couple days later... im obviously not as upset about the cancellation fee as I was still willing to pay its the fact u took such offence for me expressing my dissatisfaction.. heavens forbid someone is honest with u. And yes u value ur clients so much u couldn't have a grown up phone conversation about it.

I could not recommend Becca & her team high enough. Such a beautiful, friendly& relaxed vibe in the salon. Everyone always make me feel welcome & I'm always greater with a smile. The quality of work is next level & I always leave so happy. I would happily see any of the girls there, they are all amazing.Highly Reccomend.
