Had them do a job - wall mounting TV's and and setting up new TV and affiliated equipment through one system with one remote control. They did some stuff good like the wall mountings but put the whole system through the wrong appliance, instead of using the TV so you can see on screen what you are changing too etc they put it through the soundbar that has a screen 5cm x 1cm.......so to see it you have to literally get your eyes right up to it to see whats written - real smart that one. And ended up with 5 remotes to work the system. Asked them to rectify this which they said they would, only after I paid the remaining 20% of the $3000....THATS RIGHT $3000....as it was due. And guess what...once it was paid I never heard from them again. Calls went unanswered. No replies. They come across all professional at first with the slick website...but they are just another Gold Coast scam. Steer clear.
