Ive previously bought all my shaving related items here including my most current purchase, and have always been happy with what i take home. Staff are very helpful and understand the products and they have a good range.

Went in about 10 minutes before closing time and got treated as if they had all the day left! Felt so good to not be rushed & be given better recommendations for product I was looking at and without any pressure too. Definitely will be retuning and recommending

Have visited this store a few weeks ago to purchase a stainless steel Wahl clipper blades but they didn't have any of the sort on shelf. They suggested the store in Adelaide,where they have all the blades in store. I don't have a driver's licence but I will go by public transport. I don't use a credit card either. I do my own dog grooming at home using the Wahl products because I have 2 Mini Schnauzers at home.

Good range of the latest clippers,shavers,mens grooming aids and all accessories, lots to choose from! Staff are helpful and knowledgeable, lots of sale items and specials! Happy with my puchase !

Bought a new Braun shaver today and what fantastic service from Crystal. Super friendly and her knowledge on the products was outstanding. I walked out exactly with the product I wanted at a great price. Five star service. Keep up the good work!

I bought a new shaver in mid 2021. Unfortunately this shaver stated having issues holding its charge. So I spoke to Darryl and he suggested fully charging the shaver and then let it run until flat. Darryl also tested the shaver on Saturday and it appeared to be working properly. He suggested that I see how it performs over the next few months, as still under warranty. However the new shaver on lasted two days before going flat.Went to the store today and spoke with Emma, who apologised for the inconvenience. Gave me a brand new upgraded model, however because no cleaning tank available and both shavers can’t use the same tank (different codes), Emma gave me a $50 refund!! What wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Well done!!

The MANAGER and ASSISTANT MANAGER are amazing. Exchanged my shaver within the warranty period after a very short discussion. Replacement shaver best I have ever used. I will come back time and again - great service and customer focus. 1st Class!
