Absolutely horrific customer service. Drove three hours just to come here. Will not be coming back.Extremely rude staff.Child safety gate into carpark was left wide open.Food took over 30minutes to come out.Toilets were filthy covered in poor and weren't cleaned.Tables were never cleared.No bins.

We recently moved here and have a huge amount of experience with play centres throughout the hunter and mid north coast and I must say this was the most underwhelming experience after such a significant amount of good reviews from local mums.The play area is awsome this could be so much more than it is. What let's it down is the staff.We where the only customer for an entire hour yet food took fourth minutes for party pies and sausage rolls and 45 mins for a toasted sandwich which I asked for it to be fresh. The general area was filthy. Pre existing food over the entire floor covering of the cafe seating areas. There was no attention to cleanliness and the customer service was very below stanard. Minimum conversation. No welcome just ' whats the ages' the lady walked around drinking a can and chatting to someone else which was why our food took so long the kitchen was dirty. I'd be very disappointed to find out my paid staff where focusing more on their phone, talking and eating themselves than preparing food and cleaning up the area they are employed to care for.I will add this was described as a cafe however it is more of a kiosk. They serve sandwiches and party food. We didn't eat lunch before attending due to the inaccuracies in description. Id hate for anyone else to get caught out.I'd come back not for the 'cafe' or for the staff but only for the play area it was the best part of the trip for us.There are absolutely no excuses as to why we encountered these issues because we had been the only customer for the entire time and there where more than needed staff.This place just requires better staff with more of an interest and work ethic it's the only thing holding it back.I hope the next visit is far better next time pending management addressing the very much needed changes.

Originally we are from sydney and my daughter attended Vacation Care for 2 days at kids crazy maze as we were on a holiday in port macquarie for a few days, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Kylie; she accommodated us, even though we didnt book weeks in advance..warm environment and excellent service....thanks

Hassle free setting for children's birthday celebration. Staff took care of catering, entertainment, pinata, lolly bags and clean up afterwards too. Quite affordable and much less stressful than if we had arranged it ourselves. The kids had a fantastic time, burnt lots of energy, and the adults got to mingle and relax. Thank you to the team!
