Staff are friendly and approachable. If you are really looking for a certain piece of furniture/storage solution and have looked other places, I always come back to here. Products are worth the money paid for, are durable and sturdy. They also do not break! You can also get some great little stocking stuffers here for teens upwards.

When returning defective item bought the day before i was immediately told that the item was in perfect condition when it left the store. After arguing my case I asked for a replacement , and proceeded to inspect it. A piece was missing. The staff, BEFORE looking at it , denied it! And then had to agree with me. With the 3rd replacement I asked to open the clear plastic covering the item to make sure the mechanism was in working order ; again the staff told me they was no need to do so, it would be working...As I am persistent I did open it, and went home with a great item. Pity i can't say the same about the service.

If your idea if a perfect retail experience is to walk into a shop without any other customers & listen to the staff chatting away happily & open boxes of stock whilst being totally ignored then you should visit this store. Guess I'll just have to go & spend my $500 elsewhere!
